If you would like to cancel your account, first, we are sorry to see you go! We value each of our consultants. Please be aware your cancellation will be effective immediately.
You can cancel your account through Sonlet by going to your account Settings. If you click on your username in the top right corner of any Sonlet screen, this will give you a dropdown that you can select your Settings.
Click the Billing and Payments button on the left side of the screen.
Click the red Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the screen.
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
