These can both be done by going to your account Settings. To get to your Settings, click the little down arrow next to your username in the top right corner of your screen.
Select Settings. To upload or change your profile photo and bio info, click the link to your Social Profile
This will take you to your Social Profile, where you can add or update your photo and bio
It will look like this when you click the buttons.
Be sure to click Save to save your changes.
